Job Description:

• AUFGABENSTELLUNG

• Durchführung von strukturierten Prozessanalysen unter Anwendung von Analysetools und

• Einberufung und Anleitung von MFTs (Multi-Funktionale-Teams)

• Korrektur- / Vorbeugemaßnahmen identifizieren, terminlich verfolgen und verifizieren
• Koordination der am Standort Nordenham erforderlichen Auditaktivitäten (Abstimmung von Terminen und Inhalten mit internen Fachbereichen, Programm und Kunden)
• Focal Point zum Zentralen QM-System und den externen (internationalen) Zertifizierungsstellen (PRI/NADCAP) für den Standort Nordenham
• Auditbegleitung inkl. Vor- und Nachbereitung mit dem beteiligten Fachbereich und

• Prozessspezialisten

• Audits begleiten, verfolgen und berichten

• ERFORDERLICHE QUALIFIKATION (ANFORDERUNGEN/PROFIL)

• Abgeschlossenes technisches/wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder Techniker(in) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Fachkenntnisse Projektmanagement und Erfahrungen als Projektleiter
• Team- und Moderationsfähigkeit
• Erfahrungen im Bereich Konflikt- und Changemanagement
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise
• Flexibilität und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
• DV-Kenntnisse (Google, MS-Office, Datastudio, SAP/R3)
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
